Choosing A Size

If you’re styling a corner, entryway, or beside a console, go taller or larger — it holds visual weight. For shelves, side tables, and coffee tables, smaller bowls and compact planters sit better. When in doubt, size up: a planter should feel anchored, not like an afterthought.

Indoor vs Outdoor

Most of our planters are designed to live beautifully in both settings — balconies, patios, and indoor corners alike. Fibreglass in particular is a favourite for outdoor use because it’s durable, easy to maintain, and holds its finish well. If any piece has specific placement notes, you’ll find them on the product page.

Drainage

If you’re planting directly in the planter, drainage helps — especially outdoors. Many of our fibreglass planters come with drainage hole options, so you can choose what suits your space. For indoor styling, you can also add a water plate to keep things clean and worry-free.

Styling Tips

Treat planters like furniture, not accessories. Anchor the space with one statement height, then add a second planter that’s shorter and rounder for contrast. Keep the palette tight (all-black, or black + warm green). If you’re indoors, opt for drainage + a water plate so it looks intentional and stays effortless. The goal is one composed “moment”, not multiple small objects competing.

Finish & Colour

We keep our imagery as true-to-life as possible, but natural light and screens can shift tone slightly. If you’re matching an exact palette, look at the product photos in both bright and indoor settings, and use the dimensions to judge scale.

Care

Fibreglass is low-maintenance by nature. For everyday dust, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Outdoors, a quick rinse with plain water is usually enough — then wipe dry to keep the finish looking fresh. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaners; a mild soap-and-water wipe is all you need.

Weight

Weight depends on material and scale. Fibreglass pieces are generally easier to move and reposition, while heavier materials like concrete feel more anchored once placed. You’ll find material and dimensions on each product page to help you plan placement.

Shipping & Packing

Planters are packed with extra protection because edges and finishes matter. If a piece needs special handling, we treat it accordingly
