Where we ship

We ship across India. For international deliveries, write to us at hello@popyuli.com and we will see what is possible.

Delivery timelines

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Every order is packed with care — particularly fragile and oversized pieces — and shipped through trusted courier partners.

Made-to-order pieces

Some pieces in our collection are made to order and require additional time for production. The estimated timeline for each is mentioned on its product page. We will keep you informed once production is underway.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier partner details. Tracking activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

If your tracking details have not arrived, write to hello@popyuli.com or WhatsApp +91 87810 65583 and we will sort it out.

Multiple shipments

Popyuli pieces are crafted in different makers' studios across India, so your order may arrive in more than one shipment. You are charged a single shipping fee per order, regardless of how many boxes arrive.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,499
• Flat ₹149 shipping on orders below ₹5,499

These charges go towards safe, considered packaging and delivery — especially for fragile and oversized pieces.

Bulk and business orders

For bulk or trade purchases, shipping is calculated at actuals based on volume, weight, and destination. Write to hello@popyuli.com for a quote — we regularly work with hotels, architects, and design studios.
