Our Delivery Locations

• We currently ship across India and don't accept international orders yet. But we're constantly working on starting international deliveries soon, so stay tuned!

Estimated Delivery Time

• We usually process most orders within 24-48 hours of business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• It takes about 5-7 business days to deliver the products to your doorsteps, unless they are made-to-order.
• However, due to the lockdown, our courier partners have been working extremely hard to fulfill pending orders, hence there may be slight delays in usual transit times. We appreciate your patience during this time.

How To Track Your Order

• Once we process your order, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment; your tracking number and the courier partner engaged in shipping your order.
• You can easily track your order 24 hours after it has been dispatched from the respective warehouse.
• Haven't received your details? Please write to us at hello@popyuli.com and our customer care team shall get in touch with you at the earliest.

Your Shipment May Be Shipped In Multiple Shipments

• It is a totally normal situation and you need not worry. This simply means that different products from your order may have been shipped from different warehouses since we work with multiple brands.
• Rest assured, you will only pay the shipping fees once, for the entire order.

• Our courier partners are working rigorously to get the products delivered to you safely in this environment and they're currently working with limited staff, hence the shipping charges are slightly higher. We appreciate your support during this time.
