Cancellations, Returns & Transit Damage

Cancellations

Before shipment — You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped and production has not begun on made-to-order pieces. Write to hello@popyuli.com with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours.

Made-to-order pieces — Once production begins, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or modified, as each is crafted specifically for you. Production and delivery timelines are listed on every product page.

After shipment — Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Much of what we sell is fragile, artisan-made, or made to order, and every piece is inspected and packed with care before it leaves us.

We would rather you buy once and buy right. Product pages carry detailed dimensions, materials, and care guidance — and our team is a message away for anything you would like to know before ordering: hello@popyuli.com or WhatsApp +91 87810 65583.

Transit damage

Every Popyuli order is packed to survive the journey. On the rare occasion a piece arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it.

Write to hello@popyuli.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and the original packaging

We recommend keeping all packaging until you have inspected your order, and for fragile pieces, taking a short unboxing video where possible — it makes verification immediate.

Once verified:

• A replacement of the same piece is arranged at no cost to you.
• If the piece cannot be replaced — a discontinued design or a final edition — we will issue store credit for the full order value, valid for 12 months, usable on anything at Popyuli.

Items must be unused and retained in their original packaging for a claim to be eligible.
