Hammered Gold Bowl with Marble Base

Hand-hammered metal in a soft antique gold, set on a cool disc of white marble. The outside is all texture while the inside is smooth and gleaming, so the bowl shifts from glow to shimmer as the light moves across it.

Fill it with bread for a long lunch, heap it with fruit on the kitchen island, or float marigold petals and a few tea lights on Diwali evenings. Left empty, it holds its own on a console or coffee table.

A festive or housewarming gift with real weight and presence.
