Raio Coffee Table - Jupiter

Named after the Spanish word for "ray," the Raio is an architectural study in light and weight. Marble can often feel heavy or monolithic, but the Raio defies this with a deliberate, central aperture between its arched legs. This "open passageway" allows light to filter through the base, preventing the piece from visually blocking your floor. Whether used as a singular centerpiece or nested in a cluster, it anchors the room without weighing it down.

The Material: Sawar Marble

Sourced directly from the quarries of Rajasthan and hand-picked in Jaipur, the Sawar marble used for the "Jupiter" edition is defined by its intricate, light brown veining. This is not a sterile, white stone; it has movement, warmth, and a history. Because the stone is unadulterated, no two tables will share the exact same vein pattern. Your piece is, quite literally, the only one in existence.

The Design Details

The tabletop eschews sharp corners for gentle, continuous curves, softening the hard nature of the stone. The arched legs provide a robust architectural stance, yet the separation between them creates a visual "breath." The three available sizes allow for architectural layering: style the Coffee Table as your main anchor, or pair the Short and Tall versions as nesting side tables to create a tiered landscape of stone.

Marble demands a counterpoint. We have styled the large Raio Coffee Table atop our Abstract Rug. The rug’s organic, fluid shape and soft bamboo silk texture break the symmetry of the round table, while the table’s warm beige veining pulls out the deep clay tones in the rug. It is a dialogue between the hard and the soft, the structured and the free-form.

Care & Maintenance

Stone is timeless, but it is also porous and "alive." It requires a gentle hand.

• Spills: The stone will soak in liquids. Blot (do not wipe) spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

• Cleaning: Avoid harsh chemicals or acidic cleaners (like vinegar/lemon). Use a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water.
